I was looking for a dry sauna. I had done some research and had decided on infrared over traditional. I went into the store and was greeted and given a tour of their saunas and plenty of information to help with my decision. I purchased the sauna and it was delivered and assembled within a week. Great customer service!

We purchased from Hot Springs Spas mainly because we were sold on the local service. We have not been disappointed. We have had to have service come out 3 times shortly after purchase, and they were here within 24 hours. Two easy fixes and one they had to come back on. All good now. Would have been a pain had we gone with an online purchase or a retailer that didn't have their own service people. And we love the Spa! Configuration of the jets is good. Strong water flow. And easy to maintain the water quality. Yes I would recommend and would purchase again.

Great staff to help with decision making on which hot tub to choose for our needs. Setup and installation crew very courteous and thorough in explaining water care. We purchased a tub 30 years ago that lasted over 20 years. Highly recommend HotSprings of Dayton.
