The staff was very helpful, and prompt. Many deals, but found the one right for us. I highly recommend this company. So if you need a hot tub, this is place to see.

Sometimes the only medicine that helps with the pain is a soak in my dream boat hot tub from Hot Springs. Might have caught some of the Aurora Borealis just now.

I want to take the time to share a few words about HotSpring of Dayton. I am the electrician at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati. The team was complaining that our sauna would not get to their preferred temperature and it would constantly over-heat and trip.It was out on me to find a solution and every place I called in town only sold products in the residential market. I expanded my search to the Dayton area and decided to give Hotspring a call. I am very glad I did because George came down and immediately got to work taking measurements and taking scope of the mess we had.After recommending two appropriately sized heaters and a few modifications to the room, we made some purchases and went to work on the room.It has been a few years now and that sauna still works flawlessly and gets up to temperature. George and his team are very knowledgeable and I know who I’ll be calling the next time I need help with a sauna or spa.

Our experience with Hot Springs was a really good one we purchased a hot tub that we are extremely happy with and excited to receive delivery and our saleswoman Megan was beyond helpful answered every question knew the answer to every question and was extremely helpful the whole time and friendly made the whole experience much more enjoyable Megan deserves a raise thank you
